Robert S. Hahn

ROBERT S. HAHN founded his legal practice in 2003 when he returned to the Shenandoah Valley, serving the needs of clients in criminal, family law, civil litigation, employment law defense, general business, and personal injury matters.

After graduation from the University of Tennessee School of Law and his admission to the Tennessee bar in 1997, he embarked upon a legal career that began in employment defense with the noted firm of Wimberly Lawson Seale Wright & Daves, PLLC. This experience provided him with legal expertise to help clients navigate the complex regulatory and statutory environment of internal audits, investigations, and employment litigation.

In 2007, he founded the partnership of Big Valley Law (formerly known as Miner, Martin & Hahn) to allow him to better serve existing clients while offering a broader range of client services within Criminal Defense, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Employment Law, General Business, and Personal Injury. As the firm has continued to grow, the new offices of Big Valley Law opened to represent the diverse strengths of the legal team and the communities it now represents.

A member of the Tennessee and Virginia Bars, he received his J.D. in 1997 from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. He completed his MBA at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and his B.A. at Bridgewater College.
